Steph MoonIs a Chef Consultant at Rudding Park and has also been on BBC 2's 'Great British Menu' and BBC 1's 'Chefs Put Your Menu Where Your Mouth Is'.
Lionel StrubThe Chef at the Clarendon Hotel & Restaurant in Hebden, near Grassington. The Clarendon recently won the 2016 Yorkshire Evening Post Oliver Food Award for the Best Rural Pub.
Whaheed RojanOwner of The Round Table Dining, Harrogate. He has more than 24 years culinary experience, travelling all over the world.
Scott CatchpoleHas been cooking for nearly 20 years, and is now the Head Chef at Broughton Hall. With his wealth of experiences he brings diners at Broughton Hall a truly memorable experience.
Gareth BottomlyWorked at The Ritz in London before joining the Charles Bathurst Inn, where he has worked for 10 years!
