(Please note there will be no camping allowed behind stands/within stands or in any vehicle. If you are staying on site, you will need a camping pitch in our camping areas. Any exhibitor found to be camping outside of the camping area will be removed from site)

Due to our venue location all power is supplied by our generators only. It is therefore essential and very important that we know exactly what equipment you will be bringing with you and using over the course of the festival weekends. Please list exactly which appliances you will be bringing and their wattage (this can usually be found on the appliance itself) and work out the total Kilo Watts you will require to run your stall. Please note this will be policed over the course of the event weekend by our electricians and event team. If any additional appliances are found on your stand which you have not listed below, you will be asked to unplug and remove the appliances. You will also be charged for any power used over your booked allocation. There is an additional charge of £20.00 + VAT for any exhibitor requiring more power than booked in advance at the event. Due to the amount of abuse of power in previous years any exhibitor who lists a fridge or a freezer will be required to select the overnight electricity option and will be invoiced for this. Our electricians will be checking this is has been ordered before they connect your supply. Please note if you do not arrive on site by 2pm on Friday 17th July we will not guarantee that your electricity supply will be connected on that day. Due to the demands on our event Electricians your electricity supply may take several hours to be connected, especially if you have not brought the correct adapters or you try and ‘pull’ more electricity than has been allocated to you from this form.

– Copy of Public & Personal Liability Insurance Cover (of at least £5,000,000 for any one incident) and if necessary, a copy of your Employers Liability Insurance. – Allergens Notices clearly stating the ingredients used in all products to be sold / sampled to the public. – Risk Assessment for the event for your stand (you can use the standard downloadable template attached or you may upload your own). – Safety certificates (including PAT testing evidence) for any equipment you intend to bring to the event. – Evidence under the Food Safety Act 1990 – Food Hygiene Rating Certificate – A current copy of this. – Copy of your Food Safety System
