See it as your ever growing video cook book of detailed recipes with the bonus of unrestricted access to live cookery classes and having a chef on speed dial.. just in case
Masala Bread Omelette- learn to cook an Indian street food popular in Chennai which is a must try for lovers of spice! Bread topped with coriander, mint and chilli chutney enveloped in a delicious masala omelette. Quick, easy and lip smackingly good!

Chilli Cheese Paratha- learn to cook wholewheat parathas stuffed with mozzarella, cheddar cheese, onion and fresh chillis. Fried until crisp, these parathas are soft, spicy and incredibly moreish - what more could you ask for?

Keema Pau - Learn to cook minced spiced lamb, cooked in an onion, ginger and garlic masala. Served with pan fried fluffy bread rolls and pickled red onions - an iconic Mumbai street food snack which never disappoints!
Sessions are £10 + Fees per adult and can be booked via the workshop link here when they are released to ticket holders on the 16th May 2023.
Sessions last for approximately 45 minutes. Please arrive at the session 10 minutes before your allocated time slot
ShikShak Indian Cookery School is located in The Garden area.
Suitable from ages 18 and over- due to the use of knives.
